3D printed, hard plastic fleshing cone for scraping clean, for example, small mammal skins, eyelids and nostrils.
Stretch the skinned hide with the flesh side facing outwards over the cone and pull the hide taut. You can now scrape the flesh and fat residues from the hide using a skin scraper, thin cutter or (scalpel) knife. The cone is an excellent alternative to scraping boards, which take up a lot of space.
The cone is also available as a set with a base block. This block features a single asymmetrical hole into which the cone can be inserted with either the thick or thin end by simply turning the block over. This allows you to place the cone securely on your workbench whilst thinning the skin.
