This set is composed by us and consists of 6 commonly used colors when finishing mounts of birds of prey and a bottle of Gloss Varnish for the so-called Wet look and a bottle of Flow Improver. The colors are finely pigmented acrylic based paints.

This set contains: 71.002 Medium yellow; 71.074 Beige; 71.089 Light sea blue; 71.107 US Interior Yellow; 71.291 US Earth yellow; 71.326 IJA Grey Green; 70.510 Gloss varnish and 71.262 Flow Improver. With these colours and the colours from the basic set, including white and black, you can mix almost any desired colours for birds of prey.

Matte acrylic colours, water based and specially formulated for airbrushing. Model Air is used straight from the bottle or diluted with Vallejo Flow Improver. It is recommended to prime the substrate first and then apply Model Air in several layers. The colors dry very quickly and form a homogeneous paint film with an extraordinary resistance while preserving even the smallest details in the preparation.

For airbrushing these colors, a compressor air pressure of 15 - 20 PSI or 0.5 to 1 kg is recommended. Model Air can of course also be applied with a brush. For proper maintenance of the airbrush, we recommend the use of the Airbrush Cleaner.

Safety: Model Air is non-flammable and contains no solvents.

Packaging: Model Air is offered in 17 ml bottles. with dropper. This packaging prevents the paint from evaporating or drying out in the bottle, so it can be used in minimal quantities and has a long shelf life. Always shake bottles before use!
