Skinning knife or fleshing knife. This Skinmaster fleshing knife is made of sturdy steel and sharpened on both sides at different angles. The knife has ergonomic wooden handles for comfortable handling. Because this knife is operated with two hands, it is a much more efficient tool than a regular knife when larger hides with thicker fat and meat residues need to be scraped clean.

Tip: place or stretch the skin over a sturdy wooden beam with the flesh side facing you. Scrape meat and fat residues off the skin by pushing the knife away from you.
