Tail splitter, a guide for your knife to quickly cut open tails so that the tannins can reach the tip of the tail.
Remove the tail bones with a tail puller, insert the tail splitter into the tail skin with the 'V' towards the side you want to cut open. Insert your (scalpel) knife with the tip in the V-groove and simply cut open the tail skin in one straight line.
